Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and have a background in childcare, education, health & social care? _

The Supply Room is currently recruiting for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our client schools in Weymouth, Dorset.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students aged 4-11 or 11-16 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a classroom setting.


As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students of all abilities, assisting with their learning and development.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students with SEND, providing individualized support, implementing educational plans, and helping them achieve their full potential.


This position is ideal for individuals with previous experience in support or care work, tutoring, sports coaching, psychology, or anyone with a genuine interest in helping individuals with additional needs.


The Supply Room offers a competitive pay rate of £80-85 per day and the opportunity for fixed-term contracts with potential for permanent positions within primary, secondary, or specialist schools in Southampton.

Working hours are 8:30am-3:30pm.
