Management Trainee Key Responsibilities:


  • Elevate sales targets and surpass them by enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop marketing strategies to bolster sales and consumer growth.
  • Familiarize yourself with the business's goals, vision, and mission.
  • Disseminate product knowledge among consumers, vendors, and distributors.
  • Assess your own sales performance against targets as you gain experience.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with existing customers.

Management Trainee Requirements:


  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday between 10 am and 6 pm.
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially with a strong grasp of overall business dynamics.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.

Salary:
£25,350.74-£27,337.40 per year
