Flexible working on offer
4 or 5 days a week on site with 1 day at home
Salary - £55,000 plus benefits including a 10% bonus
We are proud to be partnering with a global business based in Huntingdon to recruit their next HR Manager.

Reporting to the HRBP based at another site and with a dotted line to the Site Lead, you will be the stand-alone HR Manager running the day to day HR operations.

As an experienced HR Generalist, you will be hands on in your approach with a pragmatic approach to HR.
The role will involve

  • Recruitment and selection through to onboarding
  • Managing low level ER cases
  • Employee engagement
  • Succession planning and talent management
  • Building the apprenticeship pipeline
  • Business partnering with the site lead and SMT
  • Attending SMT meetings monthly ensuring the people agenda is at the forefront of the business


The role offers flexibility around start and finish times and can be worked on either 4 or 5 days a week with 1 day at home.

Full-time working week is 37.5 hours
Generous salary plus bonus
