TeamJobs have an exceptional opportunity for a Sales Manager to cover the UK and Ireland, with a minimum of 5-10 years technical sales experience preferably in Access Control Solutions and knowledge of UK Security Consultants, Designers and Engineers.

Thisposition offers all the necessary training and support to gain qualifications for career progression.


Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for all Sales/Turnover for the territory (UK & Ireland)
  • Develop, implement and followup territory strategy
  • Participate and contribute to the marketing strategy for the British and Irish territories by influencing price, offers, marketing actions (trade shows, )
  • Achieve sales targets by building new and existing business with System Integrators
  • Engage with stakeholders and build relationships through involvement with RIBA and other associations.
  • Tracking status of projects with customers and initiate necessary activities to ensure project acquisition
  • Generate, followup and secure new business from leads in defined territory
  • Monitor and analyse sales against goals and initiate appropriate actions if needed
  • Approve terms and conditions within authorisation scheme
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer/ enduser needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries)
  • Regular use of sales reporting tools (CRM, etc.) and effectively noting all necessary information
  • Develop and expand training offerings through CPD Seminars whilst building growth and value

Profile

  • Degree level in either a Science, Engineering or Business Discipline.
  • 5/10year technical sales experience preferably in UK access control domain (examples Lenel, NEDAP, Gallagher, Genetec, AMAG) (or electronic security)
  • Current or prior experience and knowledge of UK Security Consultants, Designers, Engineering company with extensive contacts
  • Autonomy, selfmotivation, curiosity, creativethinking, solutionoriented
