Mitchell Adam is currently recruiting for an exciting Finance Analyst role to join the head office of a national care provider.

This role will see you working a hybrid approach, in an office in Birmingham, situated in a large and busy finance office.

Reporting into a qualified, Senior Business Partner you will be managing a region of homes to work with internal stakeholders to identify and analyse key cost and sales drivers, income and expenditure.

This knowledge will assist you as you create annualbudgets and implement your own ideas to create further time and cost savings and push this business forward as a business partner.

Ideally, you will;

Currently be studying for your ACCA/CIMA with a goal to complete as soon as possible
Be searching for a role that will allow you to become involved with challenging figures, and search for further efficiency improvements.
Be able to demonstrate a commercial outlook, or experience working with multiple internal stakeholders.
Be system savvy, with an eye for detail and confident on Excel.
