Pick Everard are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic and expanding Architectural team in our flourishing London office.
You will have the opportunity to work on an array of projects across a variety of sectors including blue light, commercial, custodial, education, healthcare, industrial, leisure and residential.
- As an Architectural Technologist, you will be focused on delivering excellent results for our clients and always be supporting the company vision and discipline's objectives.
Liaising directly with the senior members of the team, you can expect to become involved in a range of exciting and challenging schemes.
We ensure our Technologists are involved in all aspects of a project and work alongside talented mentors to help you broaden your experience and develop your career.
You will be encouraged and supported to enhance your design and technical skills and take on new responsibilities to ensure you can constantly evolve and develop.

Key Responsibilities:
***- Assist with delivering a variety of projects, in different sectors, through all stages of a project.
- Ensure you understand the project brief, fees, costs, programme, and deliverables at each stage.
- Assist in the production of the design, detailing, specification, and coordination of projects from inception to completion, working under the direction of the senior architectural lead.
- Communicating with all members of the project team and sometimes directly with the client.
- Attend project meetings and project reviews.
- Working closely with all your colleagues in a multi discipline environment.
- Keeping the senior architectural lead informed at all times and seeking advice / support whenever required.

About You:
Key Requirements:
- Appropriate qualification
- HNC/HND level for Technicians or Degree in Architectural Technology BSc (Hons)
- Minimum 1 years postqualification experience
- CIAT membership is desirable
- Proficient use of REVIT Architecture and experience of NBS specifications, and ideally experience with Solibri
- Good design skills and knowledge of technical standards and regulations
- Basic understanding of BIM
- Able to work well with others and good written and verbal communication skills
