My client is currently looking for an ambitious Engineer to join their expanding team in Central London (near London bridge).

Working alongside architects, engineers, clients and external contactors; you will have the ability to develop strong working relationships whilst taking the technical lead.

A collaborative team approach is vital and our client is looking for an innovativeapproach to engineering.

The Position

As a Structural Engineer some of the responsibilities that you will undertake include; preparing outline designs for structural schemes, carry out detailed design calculations to up-to-date British Standards, Eurocodes and relevant design guidance notes,liaise with the design team and client throughout the project and monitor progress and quality during the construction phase where you will also be supported by a more senior member of staff - especially to start with.

What's Required

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
The ability to successfully deliver projects on time
Attention to detail whilst working under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Tedds, Tekla or Revit
