Fox Morris Group are currently working to recruit an
Infrastructure Funding Officer. This is a
full-time role, on a
6 month+ contract - a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring planner to expand their expertise and develop their career.

Rate:
£22.00-£26.00+ per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)

Hours:35 per week

Experience of maintaining IT systems, utilising and understanding financial spreadsheets, data entry, analysis and reporting,
Experience of assisting the delivery of large scale projects, in either the public or private sector,
Knowledge of key issues relating to the planning and delivery of large scale initiatives and projects within inner London OR knowledge of detailed finance systems and processes within a busy finance environment,
Knowledge of planning legislation and policy at national, London and local planning authority level OR knowledge of financial regulations/legislation at a local authority level.

Role responsibilities

To support the collection and operation of infrastructure funding from available sources, such as CIL and S106,
To lead the accurate management of and be responsible for data stores, in relation to large sums of money for the Council,
To lead key project areas and seek solutions where required,
To assist in the procurement of expert advice, on various project and programme matters.
