Office Manager
Manchester City Centre
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Office Manager for a growing property consultancy in Manchester City Centre. This is a great opportunity to join a small but friendly team and take on a brand new role. This role is office based.
Duties will include:
- Implementing company policies
- File management and updating project trackers
- Meeting and greeting all guests and visitors to the office
- Arranging meetings and events
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Assist senior management with any specific administration tasks required
- Diary management
- Reporting
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Working with the building manager on facilities issues
- Approving expenses submissions
- Assisting with presentations and pitches
- Any other operational tasks as required
Previous senior admin or office manager experience:
Experience of taking on all admin support for a small team:
Experience in a corporate/professional services environment:
- Strong IT skills including implementing new software
- Fantastic communication skills both verbally and in writing including ability to deal with senior figures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload effectively
- A flexible attitude to work and happy to take on a variety of tasks
Salary:
Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
25 days holiday
