The Global Mobility Specialist delivers the day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving employees on assignment.
Working as part of a global team, this position provides our colleagues with a high-standard, tailored service that is efficient, responsive, and cost-effective, all while providing customers with a positive experience.
What You Can Expect
Serves as a point of contact for assignees and household members, supporting end-to-end coordination of assignments, working closely with our third-party vendors and HR teams.
- Works with immigration provider to track cases to ensure smooth delivery of assignee and household immigration requirements.
- Manages tasks associated with programs and vendors such as Immigration, Tax, Relocation, and B-F internal information systems, and followsup as necessary. Supports internal and external data audits.
- Coordinates and maintains core data and reporting in various systems (Workday, SAP, Vendor, and internal sites).
- Ensures that invoices and payments are processed promptly, and partners with thirdparty vendors and/or internal finance to resolve inquiries. Collates assignee costs across various vendors/systems and produces cost analytics and annual accruals.
- Assist with benchmarks to ensure our programs are aligned with the external market.
- Demonstrable experience in HR functions, preferably facing employees and managing vendor relationships
- Strong communication skills, and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong computer skills with current, or the ability to quickly build, proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to manage complex, confidential information across multiple systems and collaborators
- Ability to manage database reports using Google Sheets or similar tools to assist with plan design and plan administration
- Collaborative approach connects work to others within the business to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Knowledge and experience with relevant HR systems (HRIS)
- Prior experience working in Global Mobility, Immigration, Taxes, or Relocation services
- Workday HRIS knowledge and experience
- Demonstrated commitment to ensuring the best possible experience for assignees and embodies a culture of care in daily work.
- Experience working with (or as a part of) a global, international company
