Hours: 37 hours per week, term-time only 8:15 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

8:15 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Tuesday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break


Salary:
H4 SCP - 9 £23,893.00 to 25,119.00 FTE) depending upon experience

King James Academy Royston is looking for a Student Support Coordinator to start as soon as possible.


The Student Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing pastoral support and guidance to students and assist in their behavioural, emotional and social development.

This is a key post within the school, which require diplomacy and sensitivity, as well as dedication and a highly efficient, organised and responsible approach.


King James Academy Years 5-11, is a through school formed from the amalgamation of two middle schools and an upper school in 2019.

Since 2020 it has been part of the Diamond Learning Partnership Trust. It is approximately 12 miles from Cambridge and is within easy access of London.

The three schools were each recognised as 'Good' in all categories by Ofsted in their last inspections prior to the merger.
