This role is for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in GenAI/ML and technical program management to lead Global Generative AI initiatives.

Job Description:

Responsible for leading all aspects of diverse, complex Generative AI programs while working with business leaders to align strategies.
Develops Generative AI program roadmap based on understanding of business objectives with the appropriate solutions to deliver business capabilities.
Collects, analyzes and summarizes information on program and project phases, tasks, duration, resources and cost related to Generative AI and ML programs
Maintains, publishes, and distributes comprehensive program and project plans related to Generative AI and ML programs
Documents, obtains approval, and tracks all changes in program and project parameters related to Generative AI and ML programs.
Communicates program and project changes and events to concerned parties related to Generative AI and ML programs.
Acts as a liaison among internal and external clients, business unit functional areas and project development teams to ensure effective project coordination among participating groups. Facilitates communications among project participants to expedite project processes and to resolve issues and problems. Schedules and facilitates meetings on project status and issue resolution.
Articulates common vision of objectives to teams and individuals to align work on Generative AI and ML programs.
Prepares presentations to senior management on program and project schedule, process and status related to Generative AI and ML programs
Enhance analytic function by increasing the depth and sophistication of analytical tools used related to Generative AI and ML programs
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet these objectives.
Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.

Qualifications:

15+ Years of Technical Program Management Experience in Information Technology Automations and Autonomics
5+ years experience in technical program management related to related to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning programs
Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
2+ years' experience in Gen AI/ML space, and awareness of recent developments and major players in the space
Knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Great communication, project management, and problem solving skills on Generative AI and ML.
Strong leadership, team building, conflict resolution and influencing skills.
Strong ability to multitask and manage resources in a crossfunctional environment.
Ability to interact with senior executives at all levels and work with global stakeholders and teams.
