We are looking for an Project Coordinator Apprentice to join us at our client who is based in London.
Our client, a pioneer in the 'Tech sector'; is forward thinking, inclusive and innovative; providing world class services and bespoke office spaces to all who are on site.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Team and wider Operations Support Team, providing coordination and general facilitation support for a variety of diverse and exciting security projects.
What do you get from us:
The Role- Full Time, 40 hours a week, 5 days a week 0900 to 1700, 18-24 month fixed term contract, not including the end point assessment period.
Pay: £25,500 per annum

A typical day in the life as an Project Coordinator Apprentice:
- Support end-to-end planning and coordination of projects
- Develop and maintain plans and project schedules
- Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data
- Project risk and issue management via the implementation of a risk management plan using risk management methods and techniques to identify and prioritise threats or opportunities. Mitigation actions to minimise risk impacts and to optimise benefits by managing opportunities
What are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are passionate about learning, self motivated and someone looking to see the bigger picture, offering practical solutions to challenges.
- Data analysis skills or an interest in this
- Tech savvy, proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong organisational/administrative experience
- Grade C or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics, and hold a minimum of 48 UCAS points, or equivalent.
- Either before or during the apprenticeship, apprentices will be required to achieve level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics prior to taking end point assessment (EPA).
