You will play a pivotal role in our Foundation team based in London, where every day you will make a difference and no day looks the same.

Working across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) you will be a team player, passionate about social impact and excited to support the team and engage our staff to grow our footprint.

Reporting to the Regional Head of our impactful Foundation, you will provide administrative support to the delivery of our Foundation programs and activities across EMEA.

You will enjoy working at pace and with a passion for making a difference.


Your strong interpersonal skills will make you a critical point person managing the administration for the team, providing support to our employee engagement initiatives, responding to employee inquiries, giving advice around policies, support a range of events hosted in London, communications support and supporting initiatives such as our annual Foundation, Social Mobility Weeks and our employee network groups.

You will be comfortable working flexibly and enjoy being part of a global team.

We are looking for someone who can lead the administration and co-ordination of our regional work and engage and advise our staff.


To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • 1-3 years' experience working with a fast paced, dynamic team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent administrative skills including record keeping and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
  • General assistant experience; scheduling diaries, organising travel, payments (donations, corporate credit cards, suppliers), invoicing, and data analysis
  • Experience in event logistics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High level of creativity, ability to think "outside the box"
  • Strong time management skills and ability to effectively multitask
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently where appropriate
