Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in product development and cost control.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Workday, Basecamp, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with content management systems for efficient data handling.
  • Capability to present project updates and reports professionally.

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 2 months


Pay:
£13.69 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
