Overview
A great opportunity has come up in IT Support to join an IT Consultancy based near Theale.

Providing a broad range of telephone and face to face support including cloud and networking issues, you will work within a small, friendly and professional technicalsupport team, with the opportunity to be highly involved in a range of project support for clients including SMEs and chains of hotels.

Responsibilities:


  • Providing full range of IT support to a wide variety of clients, including desktop hardware, cloud support, mobile device, server and networking issues, firewalls and security issues
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of issues arising.
  • Using your excellent communication skills to take ownership of user problems.
  • Building relationships with clients over the phone and tracking issues through to resolution
  • Setting up and administering cloud services (Office 365, VPNs, backup and telephone systems)
  • Hands on experience procuring, issuing, configuring and supporting equipment.
  • Responsible for a mix of breakfix incidents and service requests from multiple clients
  • Accurately recording calls and resolutions on company logging systems

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an IT support role including telephone (Ideally 12 years)
  • Clear passion for technology as a career and meeting client expectations
  • Strong interpersonal skills, telephone manner and proactive approach
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Own transport and valid license
