- £30k +++ year 1 OTE

My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in their office based in Watford.

You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouraged and supportedto progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.


Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

  • Help list and let new properties
  • Deal with tenants and qualify their needs and conduct viewings
  • Dealing with rental clients and landlords
  • Liaising with the lettings manager to help hit targets consistently

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator role:

  • Lettings experience preferred (or EA)
  • Well presented and driven
  • Local area knowledge
  • Energetic and cando attitude to work
  • Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment and drive a team to success
