Recruitment Consultant
We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant within our busy Sheffield based Engineering & Manufacturing Team.

Our Recruitment Consultants work with a variety of clients involved in Design, Manufacture and Service Maintenance across a rangeof industries including Defence, Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Aviation, Oil & Gas and Electronics etc.


Working as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant will require excellent sales and consultancy skills along with the ability to deal with engineering and manufacturing jobseekers and employers.

As a Recruitment Consultant you'll be responsible for understanding and matching between companies' recruitment requirements and applicants' job aspirations, and be able to manage their expectations.

You'll use our market-leading technology to find and managethose staff and will have access to the most comprehensive training, development and support network in the industry.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be targeted on both activity (e.g. sales calls and meetings) and financial billings on a weekly and monthly basis and are expected to achieve and exceed the targets agreed.
