Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be a supporting a rapidly growing Insurance organisation with the role of Recruitment Partner. This is a permanent opportunity with plenty of scope for progression.


You will also play a part in helping to implement the Talent Acquisition strategy, looking at Graduate Recruitment, PSL, Implementation of the HRIS Workday and much more.

As the organisation grows this role will develop; there are excellent opportunities for career development along the way.


This role will suit someone who has an excellent understanding of the Financial Services market and has a number of years experience in a full 360 recruitment position and is looking to further develop their career.


You will have/need:

  • A number of years experience in a 360 recruitment role
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Able to support the TA lead with implementation of Recruitment strategy
  • Ability to create and source talent pipelines
  • Excellent knowledge of LI recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Experience from a financial services/insurance organisation would be beneficial
This role offers flexible working of around 3 days office based in London and 2 from home.

The salary on offer is up to £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.
