  • The role requires you to assist the logistics department to plan and coordinate all aspects of vehicle movements required including deliveries /collections, R2C, sales and service requirements
  • Ensure that the End user is contacted at least 24 hours before the vehicle is due to be delivered/collected via Telephone to confirm times to ensure excellent customer service at all times, improve driver efficiency and avoid any abortive deliveries /collections.
  • Ensure all internal processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Continuously communicate with customers, internal colleagues, and departments to ensure any issues are dealt with promptly reporting these to the Head of Rental when necessary.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to build strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure full compliance is met regarding driver's hours and road traffic regulations In line with the company's Rest, Break, and hours policy.
  • To notify the relevant departments of drivers that use toll roads, congestion zone, or any other nonstandard highways.
