HR Operations Administrator

ASAP / 6 Week contract

£ £20.12 p/Hour

WC1E6BT (Hybrid working available)
Our client:
Our client is one of the largest universities in the world and is Londons Global University.
Main purpose of the role:
The HR Operations Administrator is responsible for the entire employee life cycle
,supporting the day-to-day HR transactional activities and assisting the HR Operations Manager in all HR matters.
Main duties & responsibilities:

Recruitment - manage full cycle administration of all recruitments and process.

Compliance -Completion of pre-employment administration in line with government guidelines and legislation

Advisory -Advise managers and staff on employment matters, salary costing and queries in direct consultation with the HR Operations Manager. Advise staff on their maternity, paternity and adoption rights - as well as rights under otherHR policies including flexible working

Administration -Maintain accurate and effective manual and electronic staff files, vacancy lists, HR tracker, Exit interviews, local safety forms, probation forms, ensuring that staff record is kept up-to-date
Desired Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Educated to a minimum of A -level or equivalent experience
- CIPD qualified or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of employment legislation and legal requirements
- Experience of working within Higher Education
- Experience of managing general HR administration services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT Skills
