- Oversee and manage financial results, budgets and forecasting for contracts, accounts and profit centres.
- Produce detailed and accurate financial reports, including variance analysis, for the Line Manager, Client and Aramark Head Office.
- Complete Month End processes within timelines, prepare and post month-end journals (including intercompany cost transfers), reconcile summaries and ensure correct client invoices.
- Balance sheet reconciliations and liaise with Head Office functions (Credit Control, Accounts Payable, Sales and Billing) on account issues.
- Forecast, analyse and report performance weekly, monthly and annually.
- Prepare client and Aramark budgets including updates; produce monthly P&L statements with commentary and attend review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis on key projects as required by the Account Director.
- Prepare manual invoices and supporting documentation for ad-hoc client charges.
- Identify opportunities for cost effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Experience in a similar finance role within the hospitality sector (preferably contract catering or food service).
- Strong leadership and management of a team.
