Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join one the market's leading infrastructure giants. The role sits within the IT Digital function to deliver technical solutions to support the Digital Strategy.

This will be focusing on supporting their Ecommerce, analysingcustomer behaviours, suggesting solutions, create software changes and supporting implementing software projects.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with the digital team and stakeholders to understand functionality requirements and ecommerce solutions.
Translate customer requirements and communicate change requests clearly to internal and external developers.
Ensure changes of the delivered functionalities will meet initial requirements.
Effectively manage pipeline for new digital functionality, showing key activities, dependencies, milestones, ensuring data is available for informed decisionmaking priorities.
Stay up to date with latest technologies and ebusiness best practise.
Contribute to and cultivate a culture which promotes the development of business capabilities, process excellence, and shared best practice execution.

Skills:

Knowledge and experience of working within ecommerce and development of ecommerce platforms.
Understanding of what makes high quality user interface design (UI/UX).
Experience delivering a technical roadmap, working closely with 3rd party providers, including prioritisation, testing, and developing ongoing supporting processes.
Ecommerce experience in customer behaviours and interaction is essential.
Knowledge of the Kerridge K8 ERP system is desirable.
The ability to develop and maintain excellent productive relationships with stakeholders.
