Senior Business Development Manager - HVAC / M&E
£60,000 - £80,000 + OTE

My client is an Engineering service provider specialising in design, installation and maintenance of HVAC and M&E to a diverse, nationwide client base.

Currently in a truly exciting and inspiring period of growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior BusinessDevelopment Manager (BDM) to join their high performing, close-knit team.

Enjoying the support of an excellent Bid team, as well as telemarketing / telesales, the role of Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) is yours to define.

You could be a strong cold caller, who loves being on the road, meeting new people and closing deals,or you could be someone who excels at networking / industry events.

There is no single right way to succeed in this role, and you will be granted the autonomy to deliver results in your own unique way.

Due to the ongoing and planned growth of the business,it is expected that the Senior BDM will develop into a leadership role, managing a team, with an eye on a future / planned Sales Director role by the end of 2024.

A base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 is on offer for the Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) alongside a company car, a clear, transparent and rewarding commission scheme, and unparalleled career progression opportunities.
