A leading registered Charity in Manchester City Centre is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a vital yet highly varied, interesting role in their company and growwith them long-term.


As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including Month End Management Accounts, Year End Accounts, Month & Year End close, Sales Invoices, managing budgets & understanding the budget position, budgetsetting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team, providing them with meaningful financial information to develop and implement financial strategies so they can achieve business goals.

In addition, you willwork in partnership with HR & the Unions around pay negotiations. Other duties include sending reports to funders and regular liaison with non-finance people.


An individual who's previously worked for either transport companies, Housing Associations, Universities or Local Councils would be of particular interest however my client will consider Qualified Accountants from any sector.

They are looking for someone to start ASAP so you must be available at short notice.

Hybrid working is on offer as are flexible start & finish times.

Pay rate negotiable depending on experience and chosen method of payment.
