Reed Accountancy is delighted to be working with one of our clients within the Third Sector, who are looking to appoint an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.


Duties Include:


  • Preparing journals relating to bad debt provisions and write offs
  • Support the income team on other finance duties
  • Monitoring aged and outstanding debts
  • Processing weekly and monthly reports of aged debts to the finance team
  • Supporting administrators through training
  • Identifying issues to be included in briefings to Finance team
  • Contacting customers to set up a plan for debts
  • Reconciling accounts and producing ad hoc customer statements
  • Experience in Credit Control
  • High standard communication skills and dealing with difficult calls
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Accounting qualification or working towards a qualification (AAT, HNC/HND)
