A Large Law firm are recruiting for a Billing Coordinator to join its busy Legal Finance team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Billing Manager the position requires working closely with the Billing team.The Main Duties:
- Carry Out client Billing and collection activities for assigned clients.
- Handle billing and client requests
- Maintain communication to timekeepers in changes to client policies.
- Writeoffs
- Generate billing variance reports and writeoffs reports
- Investigate the level at which entries should be billed
- Prepare electronic invoices
- Maintain tracking of bills submitted
- Proactively followup with billing manager
- Monitor ages of unbilled fees
- Review Proformas for misallocated time
- 2 years Billing experience in a law firm
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Adaptable work attitude
- Working knowledge of word and excel
- Understanding of Elite3E
- Flexible timetable
