Job Title:
Digital Transformation Officer


Salary:
£25,000 to £28,000 with a total package up to £32,200 (company bonus, pension scheme)


Location:
Westbridge Depot, 9-13 St James Mill Road, Northampton. NN5 5JW, with flexible and hybrid working


Hours:
Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?


As a Digital Transformation Officer you'll work with the Northampton contract using advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burden our operational teams face by automating the back office system.

You'll also work with the onsite operationsteams to improve the quality and use of data to achieve operational and client requirements.


  • The Digital Transformation Officer will help rethink back office processes to remove unnecessary paper processes and administrative resources and support project rollouts.
  • You will work closely with operational teams to ensure that data and reporting is effectively used to improve the efficiency and performance of the services.
  • You'll take ownership of operational data, maintain it to the highest standard.
  • Using the latest advances in technology, you will optimise efficiency and drive improvements.
  • Support the implementation of our digital training strategy to deliver operational end user training using our new training platform.
  • Deliver product roadmaps with the support of the central operational systems team.

What are we looking for?

  • Solid relationship and communication skills.
  • A positive, proactive and forward thinking attitude.
  • A practical understanding of Power BI, Excel, and SQL would be an advantage.
