Description

A leading University based in London is recruiting an Organisational Development Manager on a part-time permanent contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to be involved with databases and reporting and to have a flexible working pattern.

Job responsibilities:

Design systemsbased projects primarily focussed on developing leadership capability, increasing staff or team performance, succession planning and talent retention and development
Provide both strategic and operational OD support to senior managers
Develop interventions which may include information sessions or briefings, skills development workshops and programmes, online training and other activities
Supporting managers to enable use of online learning, specifically LinkedIn Learning and increase access and participation to these approaches
Supporting performance management and appraisal, competency and knowledge and skills frameworks to enhance management information available
Development of dashboard summaries for enabling engagement with Schools/Department and the wider HR team
Development of the staff learning infrastructure e.g. policies and procedures, schemes and guidelines such as in support of developing leadership capability, performance enhancement, succession planning and talent management
To be able and committed to working 2 days per week (14 hours)
OD/ L&D experience
Confidence with systems, reporting and databases (knowledge of LinkedIn learning)
Staff management experience

Annual salary:
£47,423 - £56,592 (pro rata to £18,969 - £22,636)

Contract type:
Permanent

Working pattern: 2 days per week (14 hours)

Location:
London (offers hybrid working)
