A leading University based in London is recruiting an Organisational Development Manager on a part-time permanent contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to be involved with databases and reporting and to have a flexible working pattern.


Job responsibilities:

  • Design systemsbased projects primarily focussed on developing leadership capability, increasing staff or team performance, succession planning and talent retention and development
  • Provide both strategic and operational OD support to senior managers
  • Develop interventions which may include information sessions or briefings, skills development workshops and programmes, online training and other activities
  • Supporting managers to enable use of online learning, specifically LinkedIn Learning and increase access and participation to these approaches
  • Supporting performance management and appraisal, competency and knowledge and skills frameworks to enhance management information available
  • Development of dashboard summaries for enabling engagement with Schools/Department and the wider HR team
  • Development of the staff learning infrastructure e.g. policies and procedures, schemes and guidelines such as in support of developing leadership capability, performance enhancement, succession planning and talent management
  • To be able and committed to working 2 days per week (14 hours)
  • OD/ L&D experience
  • Confidence with systems, reporting and databases (knowledge of LinkedIn learning)
  • Staff management experience

Annual salary:
£47,423 - £56,592 (pro rata to £18,969 - £22,636)


Contract type:
Permanent


Working pattern: 2 days per week (14 hours)
