The role will suit a highly versatile and enthusiastic individual who will bring good communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a fresh perspective.

The primary focus for the
Paid Search Executive will be to
collaborate closely with the Paid Search Specialist and other team members to help them build an effective paid search strategy adopting a test and learn approach, whilst achieving max profit.

As a Paid Search Executive** you will have an eye for detail, an ability to manipulate data from various areas of the business and the desire to learn more about Paid Search.

This is an entry level role with lots of room to grow, learn and focus on the things that you really enjoy.

The role will suit a numerate and enthusiastic individual who will bring an analytical mindset, lateral thinking and a fresh perspective

Please note this is a hybrid role - many of us in the team work remotely, but there will be a need to come into the office for team meetings and projects in St Albans.

As paid search is a fast-paced, continually moving marketing channel, this role will suit an adaptable individual with the willingness to get involved in a broad range of projects and activities.

The role will involve managing paid search for the reallymoving and The Law Superstore websites, both part of the reallymoving Group

Reallymoving:
The UK's leading online provider of quotes for home moving services, with over 2 million registered users. Each year 1 in 5 home buyers use our services to simplify their house move and save money.

We work with a UK-wide network of partners, which represents approximately £200 million worth of work for them per annum.

The Law Superstore:
The UK's first comparison website for legal services.

We make it easy to find and compare legal services for services as diverse as making a will to getting a divorce.

About you

Education/qualifications

Skills, knowledge and abilities

• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• IT literate and competent with MS Office suite, in particular strong MS Excel skills
• Strong teamwork skills, time management, motivation and ability to work autonomously.
• Be a performance driven individual with an eye for detail, and an ability to manipulate data from various areas of the business.
• Be enthusiastic to join a growing business and therefore be flexible to new demands.
• An inquisitive and questioning mindset.

Knowledge of any of the following would be advantageous:

• Some experience of working with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and web analytics tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics.
