We are seeking motivated service desk operators who thrive in a fast paced business environment to join our team to provide facilities service desk for our clients, across their UK estates.


Offering an attractive salary of £23,000 dependant on experience, this is a fantastic chance to develop your career working with a business dedicated offering outstanding service, where people work hard and encourage to excel.


THE ROLE


You will play a key role in ensuring the services we offer are delivered in a timely manner at the highest standards.

You will be the first point of contact for all enquires, so it is essential you make a good impression.


JOB DETAILS
Hours of Work Monday to Friday

Salary 23,000

Location:
Arena Business Centre, 100 Berkshire Place, RG41 5RD


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Full training will be provided for the role, but we are looking for previous experience with a customer service position
- e.g call centre, retail, hospitality or helpdesk,

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • High Energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to work within a team
- "Can Do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

  • Flexibility and adaptiveness to change
