Are you our nextTechnical Administrator?
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Technical Administrator to assist the Technical department, currently a team of 3.
You will undertake technical requests, contribute to the day-to-day engineering activities and co-ordinate and liaise with other departments to fulfil customer orders.

Key Duties will include:
- Contribute and help maintain overall engineering objectives and initiatives.
- Assist with creating and maintaining product data such as part numbers, bill of materials, data sheets and technical drawings.
- Assist with any technical changes to ensure all products remain compliant with customer specifications and that relevant Sales personnel are aware of the latest specifications / requirements.
- Respond to technical queries from internal company departments and assist with technical discussions with customers and suppliers as required, to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and document quality processes as part of the technical team.
As the
Technical Administrator, you will need to be highly motivated to assist with achieving the ambitions of the team.
- Good computer skills with understanding of Microsoft 365 Apps, SharePoint.
- Positive attitude, proactive and reliable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Strong attention to detail, organised with excellent problemsolving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in (or interested in learning) 3D CAD software (MGS uses SolidEdge).
This is a full-time, permanent role and offers a competitive salary
of £22-28k per annum (depending on experience, with 25 days of holiday (plus bank holidays).
