Description

Inflata Nation, the UK's Largest Indoor Inflatable Theme Park, requires a Party Host to join our Team The role will be in a face paced, challenging, fun environment.

It is customer facing, and will require a fun, confident, outgoing individual who can enhance each customer's experience, whilst maintaining a safe environment.

We are looking for a charismatic individual who thrives under pressure. Our Party Host needs to be exciting and happy, to ensure our customers have the best Party possible.


Hours:

Including Evenings, Weekends and School Holidays


The position will consist of:

  • Preparing the Party Room
  • Managing all bookings
  • Preparing food and cake prior to the party
  • Briefing the Party
  • Maintaining a fun, safe, working environment
  • Observing the Party whilst on the Arena
  • Being the first point of call for the Party
  • Ensure the whole Party have a fun and exciting time
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Deliver First Aid if required

Salary
Competitive with a Bonus


Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, NW9 6TH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
