One Property Recruitment has been instructed on a search for a proactive and diligent Head of Client Accounts who is skilled in the use of Qube software to oversee and lead an outstanding accounts team.

My client is a boutique chartered surveying firm who work with an impressive range of clients in the local area and wider SW London.

A pivotal part of this role will be to develop and nurture your team, monitoring performance and driving company and industry standards.

Your core duties will include:

Preparing complex service charge and yearend accounts; ensuring all accounts are produced with accuracy and on time.
Leading the Client Accounts department in RICS compliance and best practice
Running credit control procedures and ensuring arrears are kept to a minimum; liaising with tenants, clients, PMs and solicitors as required.
Leading and managing accounts handovers and setting up new clients on Qube; ensuring a smooth and linear transition
Overseeing all transactional functions including accounts payables/receivables

This position would suit someone with leadership experience in the leasehold sector within accounts who wants to take the next step in their career with a growing and highly reputable business.

You will have the opportunity to take a more operational stance within the business to evaluate and improve working practices and consistently promote best practice.

You will further have an in depth understanding of RICS and FCA regulatory codes and be highly proficient in the use of Qube software.

I am looking for someone with the following attributes/experience:

Up to 5 years' experience within service charge accounts in a leadership capacity
Proven leadership experience preferred
Excellent understanding of RICS and FCA regulatory codes
Qube software experience essential
