So, what are we looking for?


We are currently on the search for a new Credit Controller to join the team based at our Offices in Trafford Park, Manchester.


We really want to find someone who has excellent communication skills are all levels, takes pride in their ability to deliver outstanding customer service and has impeccable attention to detail.


Having the ability to hand multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a target driven environment will really help you to be a success within the credit control team here at Peel.

But, most importantly, we really want you to be a team player, someone who goers above and beyond to help their colleagues.


What will you be doing?


You will be responsible for the collection of all debts assigned to them by the Credit Control Manager across the organisation.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring cash collection into the business is maximised each month for their area
  • Ensuring aged debt is minimised each month for their area.
  • Ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with Property Managers re the collection of debts, including participating in weekly debt meetings.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure highest levels of Customer Service are always delivered
