    Pensions Administrator - Self Invested Pensions

    Location: Stirling

    Contractual hours: 37.5

    Basis: Full time

    XPS Group is a leading UK consulting and administration business specializing in pensions and insurance sectors.

    We are seeking a Pensions Administrator to join our vibrant Stirling office with hybrid working. This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar pensions or office administration role where they have gained knowledge and experience of MS Office products.

    The Role:

    • Demonstrate ownership over all queries and issues raised
    • Ensure fee management principles are adhered to
    • Actively update Swift or SSASMAN plus all relevant databases
    • Ensure Compliance and SIP department processes are followed at all times
    • Attend client meetings as and when required
    • Ensure the quality of your work meets high standards and department requirements
    • Adhere to portfolio management principles and professional writing standards
    • Awareness of all types of Self Investment: Property, Member Benefits including Transfers, Retirements, Deaths, Divorce, Protection, Lifetime and Annual Allowance
    • Take guidance to achieve sign off on all work types
    • Work with your manager and team to achieve targets and respond to department needs
    • Participate in project work/adhoc tasks when required

    Your profile:

    Essential Criteria:

    • Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a similar pensions or office administration role
    • Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products including proficiency in Excel and Word
    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop

    Desirable Criteria:

    • Previous experience taking a methodical & logical approach to Portfolio Management and Problem Solving
    • Previous Self Invested Pensions experience
