Project Administrator / Document ControllerJob Overview:
Your role will involve supporting day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly, by conducting the following tasks:
- Provide basic IT support to office and site staff
- Organise deliveries and arrange collections
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention of records
- Manage data entry and other recordkeeping tasks for various departments
- Oversee office supplies and refreshments to ensure resources are available when needed
- Support the onboarding of new employees
- Preparing documents and scheduling meetings in and out of the office
- Uploading drawings, schedules and samples on programmes for approval/construction
- Updating incoming registers for client documents
- Ensuring most recent revisions of drawings and documents are downloaded and saved
- Downloading tender documents and setting up tender folders
- Administration experience, 35 years preferable
- Proven record of delivering results on complex projects
- Proven planning and process management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of ISO, FSC and O&Ms desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of document control and construction industry processes
- Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft office, especially excel
Pay:
£22,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
