We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our growing Performance Excellence team here at Holman UK.

You can travel into our new opened Birmingham offices, near the NEC or you'll need to come into our Head Office in Chippenham at least 3 days a please bear this in mind when applying.

This is a permanent opportunity and we are looking to pay between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.


Key Responsibilities will include:

Maintain and continually improve the ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Escalating any concerns to the Performance Excellence Manager
Take the lead on key projects and Liaise with staff members across the business to define current processes and produce process maps using knowledge to highlight area of efficiency and improvements
SME on QMS proactively communicating the need for a QMS and reporting any deficiencies to the Performance Excellence Manager.
Review, amend, gain approval and issue process documentation as necessary, ensuring obsolete documents are handled in the appropriate manner.
Review, analyse and provide feedback on reports relating to business performance against
SLAs and other relevant KPIs.
Collating of reports and dashboards.
Advise and assist with the maintenance of documentation and record controls and procedures.
Conduct internal audits in a confidential and impartial manner. Take an active role in both internal and external audits.
Audit and review the complaints procedure regularly and report on training needs if required.
Provide training on FleetTrak and the QMS.

Reviews newly implemented Quality processes regularly and assist in the embedment of them, reporting any issues to the Performance Excellence manager.

Maintain awareness of current regulatory and compliance issues in relation to the QMS
Ensure training and development is in line with continual improvement of QMS, updating
IDP as required.
Maintenance of Quality procedures, policies and standards (ISO).
Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery to suitable standard, identifying root cause and trends.
Coordinate workload to ensure projects are completed on time.
Advise on and manage both Workfront and DocuSign systems
Support the Performance Excellence Manager in DocuSign administrative tasks
Ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned


We are looking for someone who is ISO09001 qualified that will be able to join our business and take a look at our process maps and be able to suggest changes and be comfortable in auditing internal teams.

You'll need to be adept at monitoring KPI's and ensuring these are followed through.
