**Outbound Call Center Representative

  • Lead Generating**

Duties:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Check eligibility
  • Answer questions and address concerns
  • Pass through to sales team
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Strong problemsolving skills


Working in a fast-paced environment, you should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software is necessary for recording customer information and accessing relevant data.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£9.50-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
