The role

As a Business Administrator / Secretary, you will be supporting the Partners, Directors, Managers and Personal Assistants (PAs) to provide the best possible service to colleagues and clients.

You will be part of a centralised Business Support Team whose main roles will be:

  • Proactively assisting with administrative tasks, e.g. billing reviews, client engagement procedures, timesheets and expenses.
  • Generating reports (e.g. work in progress) and producing fee notes etc. From the company's systems.
  • Drafting letters, reports, presentations and other communications and documents
  • Cover reception on a rota and adhoc basis, welcoming external visitors professionally
  • Preparing meeting rooms for meetings and organising / collecting refreshments
  • Assisting with reception and catering as required
  • Supporting Personal Assistants with administrative tasks as required
  • Supporting with delivery of ad hoc projects
  • Supporting with resource planning activities.
