We are recruiting for a passionate, experinced and motivated Apprenticship Trainer to deliver the Early Years Educator Apprenticeship program. Our clients is an established, people centric and values driven provider. They are an award winning, growing, National Training provider and are looking for experienced trainers to join their team.

What You'll Do:

As an Early Years Vocational Trainer, you'll have the chance to shape the learning experience of apprentices and support them throughout their journey.

Your responsibilities will include conducting enrolments and assessments, delivering a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions, and guiding learners through their qualifications with various evaluation methods.

Key Highlights:

Coach and support apprentices, helping them grow both personally and professionally
Travel to different employer sites and workplaces within your region for an exciting work experience.
You'll lead and deliver the Early Years Educator apprenticeship programme through an innovative blend of learning methods that keep our apprentices excited and motivated.
Maintain accurate records and provide progression, retention, and achievement information, guiding our learners to reach their full potential.
You'll be a mentor and guide, ensuring our apprentices thrive during their work placements, and they're provided with a safe and supportive environment to learn and grow.
