Corona Energy is looking for a Deputy Debt Recover Manager to join our Credit Department If you have previous experience in a Credit Control or Collections position and are looking for the next step in your career or if you have current experience managinga ledger or legal/litigation accounts - we would love to hear from you.


The Opportunity
As the deputy Debt Recovery Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of a small team and it's processes


This will include:

  • The coordination of team workloads and ensuring the team are working effectively, within our KPI's.
  • Working with and managing thirdparty collection agency relationships to maximise recovery on a portfolio of legal and insolvency cases.
  • Reporting directly to the Credit Manager to work within and set team targets.

About You
We are looking for a strong team player, who shares our core company value of putting the "customer first".

You will need to be a highly numerate individual with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an excellent communication style both written and verbal.

Due to the nature of this role, successful applicants will need to have prioritisation skills and enjoy managing their own workload as well as supervising the workload of a team - a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail are also essentialto success in this position.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 2 days at home and 3 days in our Croxley Park Offices as required.
