With recently secured local new agent relationships plus an extensive existing client book of successful names in residential property the Southampton office provides a genuinelyrare opportunity for an experienced conveyancer (solicitor, CLCL, CILEx) to capitalise on and grow further with the firm.

You may have moved within the last 18 months or so, for any number of valid reasons and had one or two thoughts on the wisdom of that move ?
Possibly you may be thinking that being last in at your current firm with a 'predicted' downturn in business expected for 2023 that your position might be the first to come under the spotlight?
You may simply have been looking for an opportunity that could actually offer a genuine and significant change to your current scenario ?
