Multitask Personnel are working with one of the leading independent building management systems and energy solution providers, installing and maintaining thousands of systems in the UK and throughout Europe.

We are recruiting for a Project Support officer based in Dinnington working for a reputable company to support the director of projects:

The role:

  • Experience in Project coordination / management and scheduling.
  • Proficient in the use MS Office including Visio, PowerPoint, Projects and Teams skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to labour plan for 25+ staff and coordinate our approved subcontractors.
  • Process driven but will seek out opportunities to go the extra mile and exceed expectations.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail and in line with tight timescales.
  • Procurement experience, tracking costs against budgets, raising orders and processing corresponding paperwork.
  • Commercial support with contract preparation, progress update reports, variation and change management.
  • Strong administration / clerical background.
  • Flexibility within the working day to complete outstanding tasks.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with a variety of audiences.
  • Understanding of construction / bms / energy industry.
  • Recognising the importance of adhering to and promoting good health and safety practices.
  • Attend training where identified to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Skills:


  • Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Project management qualification.
  • Competent in the use of Eque
  • Performance / Lean management skills.
  • Team leader experience.
Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm

Salary up to 30k DOE
