Secret garden is one of Kent's best Event and Wedding Venues. We are based just outside Ashford. Our aim is to offer, plan and deliver the best we can at all times, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Secret Garden is seeking a new Events & Wedding Operations Supervisor to join our team.

This is a hands on position and includes supervising, operating and leading a team, We have three Venues with in the Ashford area and place of work could be at any one of the Venues.

You will be a team leader under the management of the Senior Wedding and Events Operations Manager.

You will motivate and help train all staff to our High stands and constantly encourage them to give there best to achieve great guest experience at all times.

To attend meetings with other supervisors, Managers, Chefs, and owners.

To assist with the running and executing of functions and weddings, making sure timetables are followed and we go above and beyond for all couples and there guests.

To ensure that all FOH areas are kept clean, tidy and inviting at all times

To manage Cash and payment systems. Orders are placed and stocks are maintained at all times. To ensure that all FOH comply with health and safety and food hygiene.

We do not open on Christmas day or New Year.

We are rural based, you will need a car or good transport links
