We have an exciting opportunity to join our small, friendly team dealing with all the administrative and bookkeeping needs of our well-established pub management company.
This is a job that is very varied therefore we are looking for someone who is well organised, has accurate data entry skills and ideally the ability to think outside the box at times.
The role will include:
- Calculating weekly income and expenses
- Accurately inputting bills and invoices
- Updating spreadsheets with weekly cost figures
- Communicating and providing support to our pub managers and area manager
- Ensuring all invoices and bills are received on time
- Alongside additional admin tasks as required
The Key skills and attributes we are looking for are:
- Experience using Xero
- Desirable/Advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- You will be comfortable working individually as well as with a team
- As we are a small team reliability is of particular importance to us
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage workloads
