Part-Time Receptionist

Sharnbrook

Permanent

31 hours per week

£21,500

Do you take pride in your administrative work, and have exceptional attention to detail?

If so, we would LOVE to hear from you TODAY

  • You will be responsible for meeting, greeting visitors and ensuring that you provide a consistent reception service. Due to our client's remote location, access to your own transport is essential._

Hours below (can be flexible):


  • Monday: 10am 6pm
  • Tuesday: 10am 6pm
  • Wednesday: 12pm 8.30pm (summer); 10am 5pm (winter)
  • Sunday: 8am 3pm
1 Sunday per month can be removed if needed, but is strongly preferred.


Please note hours will vary depending on time of year, and other shifts will be available to cover events and staff absence as required.


Key duties and responsibilities of the Part Time Receptionist:

  • Meeting & greeting visitors and employees
  • Answering the phones and taking messages
  • Ensuring all post is dealt with incoming, outgoing, scanning, saving & distributing
  • Administration duties, including invoice updating and handling payments.
  • Manage meeting rooms

Key experience and skills required for the Part Time Receptionist:

  • Previous face to face customer service or reception experience
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage the workload and be able to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • A confident communicator as you will be liaising with departments within the business
  • Good IT skills as you will be using different platforms within the role
  • Excellent attention to detail
