Ryder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an experienced and organised Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join one of our high-rolling, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office and become a key member of their HR Operations team.
The key duties of the position include:
- Being responsible for payroll, processing and administration duties for the London and Brussels offices.
- Key point of contact for employees regarding payroll.
- Ensuring time off and overtime records are accurate.
- Reconciliation of payroll, monthly journal and reports.
- Providing the finance team with information and assisting them when required.
- Providing all relevant monthly payroll reports to the relevant teams.
- Research and investigate payroll discrepancies.
- Responsible for benefits administration.
- Key point of contact for all benefits related queries.
- Enrolling employees for their entitled benefits.
- Monitoring pension enrolment, and provide monthly updates to the firms pension provider.
- Processing invoices and expenses for the HR team.
