Main duties of the job:

Contribute to the planning and review of the induction processes for
doctors in training (corporate and departmental)

Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures across
all administrative functions of the PGME service to ensure the provision
of an efficient and effective service

Contribute to the development of evaluation systems for all medical
education activities and make recommendations for service improvement
where required

Deliver quality improvement projects to improve performance levels
within the team

Work with colleagues in other Education and OD functions to support the
development of shared learning centres across the Trust, identifying
opportunities for common systems and processes able to support a full range of education and development activities across all professional
groups across all sites. This will involve development and
implementation of policies for a number of common functions including
educational facilities, room booking systems, inductions, e-learning, front
of house services and evaluation methods
