Do you have customer service telephone experience?

If so this could be the perfect job role for you

We are currently looking for Customer service adviser's to join our client's fast growing team in our Reading office.

You will be working in an inbound and outbound calling environment.
Using multiple systems and an in house system.
Supporting customers with their enquiries.
Logging information onto the system correctly.

Full 2 weeks training will be provided.

Who we are looking for?

Someone who has excellent customer service and has a brilliant telephone manner.
Someone who is eager to learn.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 9 months

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Salary:
£12.90 per hour
